On Feb 8, 2018, AMFA, Ken, and Southwest Airlines were able to agree to a final resolution concerning the back-pay award in the Ken Hackett reinstatement as well as Ken’s AIR21 complaint.
Much of this agreement is confidential, however I am pleased to confirm that his back-pay award was not impacted by your generous contributions to the Go Fund Me account established to help Ken. He has now been paid in full by Southwest Airlines for all lost wages during his ordeal.
I would like to thank all of you for you support of Ken and our efforts to see this matter through to a successful resolution. Your voices were heard and played a pivotal role in the outcome of this matter.
