Following our announcement that we reached an Agreement in Principle on March 16, our Teams have been working to finalize the contractual language into an official Tentative Agreement (TA). We are happy to report that work is complete, and the TA is ready for your review.

As a reminder, much of the first TA remains in place, and the key differences will be highlighted for you in the coming days so that you have the best understanding of what has changed. AMFA will receive payroll data from Southwest in the next week in order to finalize the ratification bonus amounts per Letter of Agreement 4. The voting timeline will also be passed along to you from AMFA.
Both committees worked hard to tie up the remaining pieces and get everything in order. Please take some time to read and understand this TA to decide if it is best for you, your family, your career, and Southwest Airlines. Most importantly, when the time comes to vote, let your voice be heard.
