AMFA National is conducting a survey of the Appearance Technician membership at Southwest Airlines. Your Negotiating Committee will utilize the feedback gathered by this survey to prepare for the upcoming negotiating process.
This survey is being conducted by the internet, and all active members in good standing employed by Southwest Airlines under the Appearance Technician Collective Bargaining Agreement may participate. Note: Any member whose membership dues, fees, and/or assessment obligations have not been reconciled is a member in bad standing and, therefore, is ineligible to participate. The survey will take less than two (2) minutes to complete.
Survey notices and instructions will be mailed to eligible members at the address on record with AMFA National by October 22, 2019. Instructions will also be emailed to members who have a personal email address on file. Any eligible member who has not received survey instructions via one of these methods by October 31, 2019, or anyone having questions about the survey process should contact the Administration Director at 720-744-6629.
The survey website will be open for responses through November 15, 2019.
